I know there’s a 18 & under tournament but does one for 18 and up exist in the Karate Kid & Cobra Kai universe? If did then would Daniel, Johnny, etc be able to compete in that one since they are too old for the 18 and under tournament? It would be cool to see the senseis go up against each other in this tournament especially like to see a rematch of the fights with Kreese & Silver. Especially Stingray since also is too old for the 18 & under tournament would he be eligible for this tournament too?

From my perspective, there definitely should be an All Valley 18 and Over Tournament for those like Stingray; I can see Hawk, Demetri, Robby and Miguel watching from afar as he shows the moves he’d possibly been practicing during his time away. 🦂🦂
Also, I can see Stingray being a good listener if (and when) Hawk and Demetri fill him in about what’s been going on since the brawl at West Valley High, as well as his surprise when Hawk admits to switching sides during the LaRusso house fight and reconciling with Demetri after saving him. Hawk then shows off his purple Mohawk, causing Stingray to admit that, although he did like the red Mohawk, the purple Mohawk is neat as well. Stingray then adds that finding a balance between red (symbolizing his anger) and blue (symbolizing his calmness) was a good idea on Hawk’s part, too. 🦅🦅

I check on one website and I saw that there are over 70 planned karate events thru out the United States in 2022, even with Covid going on. There are plenty of other events out there then just All Valley.
So yes there are tournaments out there, not ran by All Valley, not held in NorthRidge.
@Ace Acabras i was talking about in the Karate Kid & Cobra Kai universe not real life I wonder why this adults tournament wasn’t mentioned at all in neither the movies or tv series.
There has been too much of an emphasis on the teenagers that are in this show. A REAL Karate Dojo is going to have classes for kids as young as 7. They are going to have classes that are rated as BEGINNERS, classes for intermediate, classes for advanced. There are going to be classes done at night for adult students whom work during the day. I know dojo's that offer a hybrid version of "Self Defense for Women" class. There are going to be individual training sessions for those patrons willing to pay for a private work out one-on-one with a sensei or instructor.
Those are the kind of things that could expand the Cobra Kai universe.
So yes, there is much more to SoCal then just "The Valley" and there are more tournaments out there then just All Valley. They should explore that in future seasons.
