Tory's landlord is a minor character in Cobra Kai Season 3.
He is first shown talking to Tory about her not paying rent and threatening to evict her. He tries to touch Tory's hair but Tory nearly breaks his hand and he threatens to report her to the probation office who will have her serve time in Juvie for violating the rules. Tory lets go and walks away but Kreese later goes to talk to him about him about the situation.
The Landlord attempts to punch Kreese only for Kreese to threaten to chop his finger off with a cigar cutter. Kreese tells him not to take any rent from Tory, thus saving Tory and her family from poverty, leading to Tory staying loyal to him and rejoining the Cobra Kai Dojo.
