"When not training in Cobra Kai, Terry Silver's day job was running DynaTox, a toxic waste disposal company that made him one of the richest men in the valley."

DynaTox Industries is the waste disposal company led by Terry Silver. Dynatox's success allowed Silver to gift the Cobra Kai Dojo to his friend John Kreese. It deals with nuclear waste, as well as other dangerous chemicals.

DynaTox Industries is a prominent part of the plot of The Karate Kid Part III.

History

"What-What do you mean you can’t dump it in Borneo? Who in Borneo knows what chloride sludge is? Just do it. Do it! Call me when it’s dumped."
Terry Silver[src]

The origin of DynaTox is unknown, but Terry Silver took over as the CEO prior to 1985, presumably in the late 1970s. In a flashback to Cobra Kai that took place in the mid 1970's, a young Terry Silver tells John Kreese that he has been told by his father that he must take over the family business when his Army career is over or else he will be disinherited. This may have suggested that DynaTox was extant during this time and run by Terry's father. Another likelihood is that after taking over the family business Terry used some money to open DynaTox.

The Karate Kid Part III

Silver uses his success at DynaTox to help his best friend John Kreese get his revenge on Daniel LaRusso and Mr. Miyagi in 1985. While his revenge plot is going on in 1985, the company to illegally dumped chloride sludge on the island of Borneo, under Silvers' orders. However, Silvers' revenge plot failed when Daniel won the 1985 All Valley Karate Tournament.

Post Karate Kid Part III

DynaTox's fate is unknown as of the events of Cobra Kai, as it has been most likely been shut down for the illegal disposure of toxic waste. Silver admitted he hit rock bottom after the 1985 tournament, which may imply that the company was shut down, or he had to step down as CEO, following the tournament.
