Season 4[]
Not much is known about how Terry Silver got that mansion, though he may have gotten it after he decided to isolate himself from John Kreese and chose to live in a calmer, wealthy lifestyle. At the mansion, Terry drank expensive beverages, occassionally held parties, and played the piano during his spare time. Outside, he has two sports cars, a Shelby Cobra and a Ferrari California.
One day, Silver was playing the piano until his phone began to respond. Picking it up, he heard a familiar voice, greeting him and saying it has been a long time. He simply hung up and continued playing the piano. John Kreese then began visiting Silver's mansion, who is currently dating Cheyenne and hosting a large gathering, hoping to recruit him to win the All Valley. As he arrived, he found out that Silver had been different than before. The two sensei's, along with Cheyenne, discussed their experience working with Special Forces in Vietnam. When Kreese tells Silver about their plan to finish what they started, he tells him that they formed Cobra Kai to teach people respect and discipline and that they can do it once more, but Daniel and Johnny had stood in their way and must take both of them out. Silver then recalled the time he abused Daniel before hitting rock bottom and undergoing therapy to rebuild his lost fortune. Silver then refused to help Kreese, and began training at the mansion's wine room, kicking bottles of wine along with a very expensive one perched on the crate. Despite refusing to help Kreese, he changes his mind after remembering his experiences with him at Vietnam.
After Tory Nichols helps Cobra Kai win the 51st Annual Karate Championships by defeating Samantha LaRusso in the girls final, Silver and Kreese went back to the mansion, drinking a bottle of champagne to celebrate their win. As they enjoy drinks, Kreese expressed how he helped Tory win fairly, saying he was sympathetic of her and began discussing weaknesses. When Kreese says that he has none, Silver explains that Johnny Lawrence was Kreese's weakness, which results Kreese trying to make amends with Silver once more by bringing up their experience in Vietnam. However, Terry Silver then revealed that his weakness is Kreese himself, and it was revealed that he has decided to outlive his uselessness by beating up Stingray and forcing him to put the blame on Kreese to the authorities for beating him up. The police then show up and arrest Kreese for aggravated assault and attempted murder. As Kreese is taken away, all while elbowing an officer, Terry Silver revealed that he'll recruit old friends to help him out on Cobra Kai's expansion while Kreese deals with his legal problems. Declaring "I am Cobra Kai", John Kreese swears revenge, vowing to Silver that he'll be sorry for his betrayal as he is escorted and thrown into the police car, but not before Silver reveals that he'll take care of Johnny Lawrence as well. With Kreese now arrested, Silver usurps the dojo as he triumphantly celebrates his victory.
